Solskjaer praises two Manchester United stars for their performance in 3-0 win over Tottenham

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has praised the performance of attacking duo Cristiano Ronaldo and Edinson Cavani for their performance in our win over Tottenham on Saturday evening.

The Norwegian was of the opinion the experience of both players played a pivotal role in our return back to winning ways.

In the post-match interview, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said: “The experience of Edinson Cavani and Cristiano [Ronaldo] is massive.

“We need it – we can’t hide. The week has been difficult for all the players. They really stuck at it. Experience counts in situations like this.

“The old men led from the front.”

The team put in an overwhelming display against Nuno Espirito Santo’s side as we sailed to 3-0 win to ease the pressure on Solskjaer.
