Ronaldo saves Solskjaer’s blushes again

Cristiano Ronaldo was the star for Manchester United, as we battled back from two goals down, to earn a vital point against Atalanta in the UEFA Champions League clash on Wednesday night.

The hosts went 1-0 up early in the first half, courtesy of a fine effort from Josip Ilicic, before Ronaldo pulled United level just before the break.

The Italian side then, scored a second goal through Duvan Zapata, and looked like they would end up with all three points, but Ronaldo had other plans.

The Portuguese added a second for United to make it 2-2 and saved Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s blushes, in what would have been a third defeat in just three matches.
