“Have faith” – Man Utd star sends message to Man Utd fans ahead of Man City game

Edinson Cavani has called on Manchester United fans to be ready to give their support to team ahead of Saturday’s derby clash against Manchester City.

The Uruguayan has urged Manchester United fans to have faith in the team as we prepare to play the first Manchester derby of the new season.

The veteran striker told United’s matchday programme: “Have faith in their team and have faith in the players who, without a doubt, will be trying hard to perform well and to keep growing and improving so that the faith that they’ve shown us, we might be able to, as they say, pay it back with good results, hard work and by winning stuff.

“So I’d just like to send best wishes to all the United fans and it really is a pleasure for me to be here at their club.”
