Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was snubbed recently, as Jack Wilshere answered a question about the top four managers in the Premier League this season.

The Englishman, who plays for AFC Bournemouth, recently had a chat with talkSPORT, and when he was asked if he thought David Moyes was a top tier manager, along with the likes of Jurgen Klopp, Thomas Tuchel and Pep Guardiola, he replied, “I think he is. Look at what he’s done with West Ham. I love him. He’s not a second tier manager.

“I think he’s done a great job there and to come back from what he did at Manchester United, everyone was doubting him, he’s top.”

Wislhere’s response comes amid the ongoing struggles facing Manchester United, and the growing calls for Solskjaer to be relieved of his role.

While Moyes has taken the Hammers to third in the Premier League, United find themselves six points behind them, in sixth.
