Manchester United centre back, Victor Lindelof, has opened up on the club’s recent poor run of form.

The Red Devils are nine points off league leaders Chelsea, after 11 games, which includes four losses.

United have also managed to win just three of their last ten matches across all competition, with their last defeat (2-0) coming in the hands of City rivals, Manchester City, after a very poor display.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, and some of his players have endured a lot of criticisms this term because of their struggles, but Lindelof insists the team doesn’t pay any mind to the outside world.

Speaking while on international duty, the Swede noted, “When you play for United, there will always be a lot of media coverage. It goes up and down in football.

“We have performed very well in football as well. If you get some bad results, clearly a lot is written. Internally, we’re just trying to work hard and try to reverse the bad results.

“We have not got the results and performed as we wish. It hasn’t been the best possible, but that’s the way it is in football. It’s about coming back and working harder.”
