Manchester City forward Ferran Torres has revealed Manchester United superstar Cristiano Ronaldo is his model.

The Spain international referred to the Portuguese as his “reference point” and also acknowledged his impact in football.

“(He) is my point of reference,” Manchester City forward Ferran Torres told Movistar of Cristiano Ronaldo, as quoted by Sport Witness.

“He has changed football in terms of nutrition, taking care of yourself, investing in your body.

“This is a long-term process in which what you do today has repercussions for tomorrow. Football is more physical, and you have to be prepared.”
