Sevilla have reportedly revealed what Manchester United must do to sign French centre back Jules Kounde in 2022.
Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing Kounde as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer aim to solve the club’s defensive woes.
Kounde is one of the most in demand players in Europe at present, with Premier League rivals Chelsea also interested in the Frenchman.
According to Spanish media outlet Marca via Daily Star, Manchester United must wait until the summer in order to sign Kounde, with Sevilla not willing to do business in the new year.
Sevilla are unwilling to sell Kounde in January because they are fearful selling Kounde in the middle of the season would have a damaging effect and could even kill their campaign.
Kounde has so far played 13 out of their 16 matches in all competitions this season, with Sevilla currently third in La Liga and could still reach the Champions League knockout stages.
