Man Utd identify perfect replacement for Harry Maguire

Manchester United have reportedly identified the perfect replacement for captain Harry Maguire.

Maguire has been recently criticised for his performances for the club and could be about to lose his place in the team.

According to Todofichajes via Goal, Manchester United are eyeing Sevilla defender Jules Kounde as a replacement for Harry Maguire.

The Red Devils are looking for a new central defensive partner for summer signing Raphael Varane and have turned their attentions to the France international.

Sevilla are resigned to Kounde leaving but will insist that any interested club meet his release clause, believed to be €80 million (£68m/$92m).

Manchester United are reportedly ready to activate the release clause of the France international who came close to joining rivals Chelsea last summer.
