Solskjaer slams reporter as he confirms his position as Manchester United manager
Results hit a new low for Manchester United as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side were beaten 4-1 by relegation-threatened Watford at the Vicarage Road on Saturday.
There have now been fresh calls for Solskjaer to be sacked after this latest defeat.
Meanwhile, Solskjaer has also spoken up about his future after the loss to Watford. According to the 48 year old, he’s in constant communication with the club’s board, and he’s not bothered about getting sacked, because he works hard with his team.
The club legend also slammed a reporter who tried to hint that his job may be unsafe.
He said, “I’m working for and with the club.
“We’ve good a good communication and if the club are thinking about doing something, that’s a conversation between us and not you [reporter] and me.
“You know, that’s not for me to worry about. I work as hard as I can with my incredible staff. But at the moment we’re not getting the results.”
