Zinedine Zidane sends message to Manchester United after Solskjaer sacking
According to BBC via Daily Mail, former Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has told Manchester United he isn’t interested in becoming Manchester United boss.
Manchester United reportedly approached Zidane after Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was sacked on Sunday morning but the France legend has no intention of taking charge of United at this stage.
However, Zidane would reportedly consider replacing Mauricio Pochettino at PSG if the Argentine heads to United.
Zidane is also interested in managing the French national team, with current boss Didier Deschamps’ contract expiring after next year’s World Cup.
Across his two spells as Real Madrid manager, Zidane won three Champions Leagues and two LaLiga titles.
