Report: Man United star ‘decides to join’ Barcelona
Manchester United forward, Edinson Cavani, has made up his mind to join Barcelona next summer, according to The Times.
The Uruguayan superstar netted 17 times in his first season at Old Trafford, however the same hasn’t been the case this term, as he’s had to deal with injuries.
Cavani has played just five times this season, and there are indications he could be headed for Spain next year.
The 34 year old is out of contract at the end of the season, and will be free to join Barcelona, who are in need of a striker.
He was close to signing for Atletico Madrid last summer, but Man United were not ready to listen to offers, having extended his contract by a year at the time.
United may also lose Paul Pogba, with the Frenchman running out of contract at the end of the campaign too.
