Report: Manchester United’s top scorer a ‘doubt’ for Ralf Rangnick’s first game

According to reports, Manchester United top scorer Cristiano Ronaldo is ‘a doubt’ for Manchester United’s upcoming Premier League game against Crystal Palace on Sunday, after sustaining an injury.
According to The Sun, the Portugese injured his knee while celebrating his double against Arsenal in Thursday’s 3-2 win at Old Trafford.
Ronaldo scored his 800th career goal during the game, but it wasn’t long before the 801st came.
After scoring, the 36 year old hit his iconic ‘SIUU’ celebration, which involves jumping, and doing a ‘360’ in the air before landing.
The report adds that the Portugese didn’t land well, and injured his knee in the process, although he carried on until the 88th minute.
Ronaldo now faces a strong challenge of being fit for the Crystal Palace game on Sunday, in what will be Ralf Rangnick’s first game in charge.
