Revealed: What Ralf Rangnick thinks about four Man United players, who want to leave Old Trafford in January
The position of Ralf Rangnick on some want-away Manchester United fans has been revealed in a report by the Daily Mail.
According to the outlet, the German coach is open to losing Anthony Martial next month, and the only challenge is finding suitors for the ‘inconsistent’ forward.
They go on to add that as for Jesse Lingard, the Englishman will also be allowed to leave should the right buyers come and offer the right price. However, since his current contract expires next year, his eventual sale may not be rewarding enough.
Donny van de Beek is also listed in the report, and it is claimed that Rangnick rates him highly, and wants to keep him at Old Trafford, despite the little game time he has enjoyed.
Finally, Rangnick is also believed to be opposed to the thought of losing Dean Henderson, who reports continue to link with a move away. The goalie has had to play back-up for David de Gea, and is in search of more game time. However, Rangnick doesn’t favour his exit, because it would mean having just two goalkeepers at his disposal at Old Trafford.
