“He would transform Manchester United” – Rangnick urge Manchester United to sign striker with 76 goals in 74 matches
According to Manchester Evening News, Manchester United interim boss Ralf Rangnick is pushing the board to sign Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland.
Haaland’s stock has risen significantly since his £20m move to Germany and the striker is averaging more than a goal-a-game with Dortmund, having netted 76 times in 74 matches.
Rangnick has urged the Manchester United board to sign Haaland because he believes the Borussia Dortmund striker would transform Manchester United’s attack.
Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Manchester City and Chelsea are also interested in signing the striker.
United already boast the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Marcus Rashford, Mason Greenwood and Jadon Sancho in attack but Edinson Cavani and Anthony Martial are expected to leave over the next two transfer windows.
