Pochettino reportedly wants to replace Carlo Ancelotti as Real Madrid boss according to Daily Mail.
The Red Devils have been heavily linked with the former Tottenham Hotspur manager for quite some time, but now face a battle to capture his signature with Real now circling as they consider a replacement for Carlo Ancelotti.
Pochettino reportedly believes the Real Madrid job will be his if Ancelotti fails to win the LaLiga or continue their progress in the Champions League.
Pochettino, alongside Ajax boss Erik ten Hag, remains among the main contenders to replace current interim boss Ralf Rangnick – although things have become more complicated with Madrid now showing interest.
