Manchester United are targeting Borussia Dortmund superstar, Erling Haaland, among others in a bid to bolster our team this summer.
And while nothing has been settled yet, reports say the Red Devils will have to part with a lot of money if we’re to get our man.
According to the Daily Mirror, United could pay up to £216 million for Haaland, which includes his wages to make the deal happen.
The striker has a £63 million release clause on his current deal with Dortmund, but the outlet says his agent, Mino Raiola wants him to earn £30 million per year, on a five year contract.
If this happens, it means Haaland will earn more than Cristiano Ronaldo, who is the club’s highest earner at the moment, with £500k per week (£26 million annually).
