Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay has been criticised for showing too much passion while playing for Manchester United.

This is according to former Manchester United defender Paul Parker who believes that McTominay’s passion could see him being sent off sooner rather than later.

He told bettingexpert : “You look in the midfield, you got Scott McTominay, you don’t know if he’s gonna get sent off or not because he’s trying too hard to impress all the time, pumping the badge, kissing the badge.

“It’s no guarantee that you’re a good player. It means you’re showing that you want to be committed but might end up getting sent off or injured because you’re trying too hard.”

McTominay has made 29 appearances for United scoring two goals. He has received nine yellow cards already this season.
