Manchester City forward Riyad Mahrez has claimed patience and control was key to Manchester City’s 4-1 win over Manchester United on Sunday at the Etihad Stadium.
Mahrez, who scored twice in the second-half, claimed he had to remain patient after a frustrating first-half.
“To be fair, I touched like four balls in the first half an hour of the game,” Mahrez said.
“In my head, I was like I have to be focused and that the ball will come eventually.
“The first half was pretty good. Second half we were more patient and controlled.”
