According to Manchester Evening News, Manchester United have not lost with Raphael Varane and Harry Maguire on the pitch.
Varane missed Sunday’s 4-1 defeat at Manchester City after testing positive for Covid-19.
Manchester United have also suffered our worst defeats this season without Varane, who was absent for the 4-2 defeat at Leicester, the 5-0 thrashing by Liverpool, 4-1 humbling at Watford and both of the defeats to Manchester City.
Varane, 28, was sidelined for a combined nine weeks earlier in the season due to groin and hamstring injuries.
Centre-backs Maguire and Victor Lindelof were heavily criticised after the defeat to Manchester City and United interim manager Ralf Rangnick must decide whether to drop one of the pair for the visit of Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday.
