Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo was back at Carrington for Tuesday’s training session after missing Sunday’s Premier League 4-1 defeat to Manchester City due to injury.
According to The Telegraph, the 37 year old forward didn’t train with his teammates on Tuesday and won’t report to training on Wednesday due to an ongoing hip flexor problem.
Despite not training on Tuesday, a report on The Sun claims Ronaldo was the last player to leave Carrington.
The former Real Madrid forward first missed training on Friday having reported the aforementioned hip flexor problem to staff.
The 37 year old forward is now a doubt for this weekend’s game against Tottenham Hotspur.
