PSG boss Mauricio Pochettino has been linked with the soon-to-be vacant seat at Old Trafford.
Pochettino’s profile as a manager rose up after successful periods at Southampton and Tottenham.
Now in charge of Spurs, Pochettino has been linked with a return to Manchester United at the end of the season.
The Argentine has looked back at his time in the Premier League and claims that Tottenham will always hold a special place in his heart.
The current PSG coach said: “I think when you really feel with the commitment and when you feel the people give everything to try to be successful, and they treat you really, really good how they treat us, it’s impossible to forget that.
“That is why I think Tottenham is always going to be a special club for me.
“The way we started to play after a few years and the way the players stuck with the idea and respected the principle of the history of Tottenham – the fan base – I think was amazing.”
