Manchester United defender ready to stop Harry Kane
Manchester United face Tottenham this weekend at Old Trafford, and it’s an important clash in the race for top four, as United will be up against a direct rival.
United’s defenders will face an in-form Harry Kane this weekend, with the striker netting his 175th and 176th Premier League goals against Everton on Monday.
Kane has found form after an early season struggle, but United centre-back Raphael Varane has said he’s ready to face Spurs number 9.
“He’s in good form. He’s a very good player,” Varane said on Kane.
“I like to be playing against the best players in the world and in the Premier League there is a lot of very good strikers.
“Every game is a challenge and we have to be ready for this. Against this kind of player you have to be ready and focused in every moment.
“We can’t leave a lot of space because they are very good. We have to be ready.”
