Manchester United legend Gary Neville has fired warning to Manchester United star Marcus Rashford urging him not to leave the club.
With Rashford struggling get into the first eleven this season, there have been reports that the 24-year-old is considering an exit at the end of the season.
According to Gary Neville, Rashford will regret leaving Old Trafford, but also admitted that it will be a loss for both the player and the club.
Explaining what an exit would mean for both player and club, Gary Neville tweeted:
1. A failure for United’s football department if he leaves
2. A very poor look for MR if he can’t get his form right to break into this team
3. MR/Team would be naive if they think his off-pitch voice will carry without the MU badge Lose/Lose if he goes. Sort it out!
Rashford broke into the Manchester United team as a buzzing teenager, and is close to making 300 appearances for the club, despite being just 24.
