Manchester United legend Roy Keane believes Manchester United still have problems in the squad despite Saturday’s 3-2 victory over Tottenham Hotspur.
According to Keane, despite Cristiano Ronaldo’s hat-trick against Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United lack spirit and fight.
Keane told Sky Sports: “It doesn’t look a good dressing room. They’ve got some talented players but that’s the reason Man United are struggling to get fourth, and they’re getting beaten by Middlesbrough in the FA Cup and beaten by West Ham at home in the Carabao Cup.
“That spirit and that fight is not there in this group of players. We saw a little bit of it [against Spurs], we saw brilliance from Ronaldo, but the problems are still there for Man United. And that’s why Man United are competing for fourth position, and that’s the best it’s going to be for a while.”
