Manchester United star is second-most abused sportsperson in the world

According to a study by Pickwise, Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford is the second-most abused sportsperson in the world.

The study revealed that the Manchester United forward has been trolled 32,328 times in 12 months.

NBA legend LeBron James tops the list, having received abusive messages 122,568 times. Tom Brady, who recently un-retired, is third after facing abuse 28,151 times.

Cristiano Ronaldo is eighth on the list, having received 11,757 hateful comments and messages. His former Real Madrid teammate Mesut Ozil has ranked 11th, with 11,192 abusive messages coming his way.

Another Manchester United player Paul Pogba makes the top 20, ranking in the final spot with 7,349 abusive messages directed at him.
