According to Il Messaggero (via Football Italia), Premier League rivals Manchester United are interested in signing AS Roma striker Tammy Abraham.

Abraham left Chelsea for AS Roma last summer after Chelsea signed Romelu Lukaku for a club record fee of £98million.

Abraham joined AS Roma for a fee of £34 million last summer. The Blues have a buy-back clause of £68 million but can only trigger it in 2023, which means Manchester United can sign the striker from AS Roma this summer.

Abraham has been in an incredible form for AS Roma this season, scoring 23 goals and providing 4 assists for the Italian side this season.

With Edinson Cavani set to leave Manchester United and Anthony Martial dropping the pecking order at Manchester United which forced him to join Sevilla on loan in January, Manchester United are keen on signing a striker this summer.

Manchester United also want Abraham because he has experience of playing in the Premier League with Chelsea.
