Why Manchester United don’t create good goalscoring chances – Rio Ferdinand explains

Manchester United suffered a blow to our pursuit of Champions League football for next season after a 1-0 defeat at Everton.

Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand has claimed the Red Devils are struggling to win games because we don’t create good goalscoring chances due to having just Cristiano Ronaldo in the box.

Ferdinand said:  “In terms of chances, they don’t look like creating chances, they don’t look like they’re getting anywhere near creating any good chances.

“And the problem is as well, they put the ball in the box and Cristiano Ronaldo is on his own half the time, by himself – for a centre-back [it’s easy].”
