You will have to win over Erik ten Hag – Cristiano Ronaldo receives warning
Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo has been warned he won’t have a guaranteed place in the team when Erik ten Hag takes charge of Manchester United next season.
The Ajax boss is set to take charge of Manchester United after agreeing a three year contract with the Red Devils with an option of a further year.
Dutch journalist Mike Verweij, who has covered Erik ten Hag’s Ajax and is one of the reporters confirming that the 52-year-old will take charge of Man United told De Telegraaf: “Yes, I think Ronaldo will have to win over ten Hag.
“He is very much into the players, and a lot of them have, in the beginning, been lost with his work. That will not be different with Ronaldo. I’m very curious to see how that goes.”
