Man Utd players were lazy – Don Hutchison claims only these 4 Man Utd players impressed against Norwich
Don Hutchinson was unimpressed with the performance of Manchester United players in the 3-2 victory over Norwich City on Saturday and claimed only four players impressed.
According to Hutchison, Manchester United players were lazy and played like school children against Norwich City on Saturday.
Hutchison claims only Cristiano Ronaldo, David de Gea, Anthony Elanga and Paul Pogba impressed against Norwich City.
Hutchison told ESPN: “At 2-2 Norwich were by far the best side, they needed Ronaldo’s hat trick to get them out of trouble.
“They were lazy, they played like schoolchildren, Manchester United only wanted to play when they had the ball, they weren’t interested in running around when Norwich had the ball, defensively all over the place…..”
He added: “The only players who can take credit from this performance in my humble opinion are De Gea in goal he made a crucial save, he’s probably been their player of the season; I would then say Ronaldo obviously because he got a hat trick, Anthony Elanga was good in the first half, flashes of brilliance from Paul Pogba.”
Manchester United are now fifth in the Premier League table, just three points behind fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur with six games left to play.
