Manchester United star Bruno Fernandes insists that Manchester United must finish a campaign of “ups and downs” on a positive note by beating Crystal Palace.

The Red Devils lost 4-0 at Brighton on Saturday and travel to Crystal Palace on the final day of the season.

“The whole season has been like this, ups and downs, the downs have been too down, and we have one game left. We have to win that game and that’s everything we can do,” Fernandes told MUTV.

“The game is far away but we have to keep our focus, do our best and understand that last game is important for us, and we have to win it.”

Fernandes also thanked Manchester United fans for their support despite the poor season the Red Devils have had.

“As always, we have to be grateful, they have been through bad things seeing their club this season and as I said, they have been supporting us all through the season,” he added.

“As I said in another interview, if it was another club or another country, today probably could be more than empty our side and it was not like that, they support us until the end.

“Once again, thank you.”
