According to French media outlet RMC, Manchester United are considering making a move for Leicester City centre-back Wesley Fofana.
Victim of a fibula fracture in August 2021, Wesley Fofana made his comeback on the pitch at Old Trafford on April 2.
Fofana made 12 starts over eight weeks following his return to action for Leicester and in that time immediately showed the Foxes faithful what they had been missing all season.
His impressive return is said to have caught the attention of Manchester United and the Red Devils could make a move the 21 year old after completing the deal for Barcelona midfielder Frenkie de Jong.
Fofana’s speed across the ground as well as his ability with the ball at his feet make him an attractive proposition for Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag.
Fofana’s Leicester City expires in 2027 and the Foxes will reportedly demand £68million for any club interested in signing the centre-back.
Premier League rivals Chelsea are also said to be interested in the Leicester City centre-back.
