Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has been impressed by the attitude of Aaron Wan-Bissaka during pre-season training, according to talkSPORT.
Wan-Bissaka had been offered to clubs earlier in the summer amid reports Ten Hag wants full-backs that can contribute in attack.
Wan-Bissaka is determined to prove himself at Manchester United. It is reported he has already caught the eye of Erik ten Hag during pre-season training.
Wan-Bissaka’s days looked numbered after losing his place to Diogo Dalot at the back end of last season, with old side Crystal Palace keen to re-sign the right-back on loan.
But the £50million man has been putting in extra training hours during his summer break to ensure he is in the best possible condition to play Ten Hag’s high-intensity football.
Ten Hag is said to have been impressed with Wan-Bissaka’s attitude and is likely to give him the chance to prove himself in pre-season.
Meanwhile, Crystal Palace remain favourites to sign Wan-Bissaka this summer should the right-back still remain available for transfer.
Wan-Bissaka made 26 appearances for Manchester United last season failing to score or assist even a single goal across all competitions.
The right-back was a key player under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer but fell out of favour under Ralf Rangnick, who preferred Diogo Dalot.
Last season was incredibly challenging for the Wan-Bissaka with injuries originally forcing him out of the squad.
