Ten Hag has strong belief he can do this ONE thing Solskjaer failed to do

Erik ten Hag has revealed he has a strong belief that he will win titles with Manchester United, something Ole Gunnar Solskjaer failed to achieve as Manchester United manager.

“I must say I have a strong belief,” Ten Hag said when asked if he can succeed where Solskjaer failed.

“This is a big challenge but until now everywhere I’ve been I’ve got the maximum out of my teams, and this is the project that is the most difficult. I realise that, but I am here, so I am convinced that I can do it.”

Ten Hag also admitted the confidence levels of the players are low but insisted he is working on it.

“Yes, I think so,” he responded when asked if the confidence levels are low.

“You can see that it affects the players. Now we have to cheer them up and we have to motivate them. We are trying to bring the confidence back.

“That is one of the important points to get success, that you have self-belief as an individual and, of course, as a team.”
