Manchester United identify 6 players to replace Cristiano Ronaldo. Neymar is on the list
Manchester United insist Cristiano Ronaldo isn’t for sale but are also reportedly working on several targets should the 37 year old Portuguese leave the club this summer.
Ronaldo returned to training on Tuesday but his future still remains uncertain despite holding talks with Manchester United CEO Richard Arnold.
According to The Mirror, Manchester United are exploring the possibility of letting Ronaldo leave the club on loan and are reportedly looking at several options to replace the Portugal international.
Paris Saint-Germain star and Brazil international Neymar is reportedly one of the names being considered to replace Ronaldo in the six-man shortlist compiled by the Red Devils.
The other transfer targets on the shortlist include Antony of Ajax, Memphis Depay of Barcelona, Brentford striker Ivan Toney, Stuttgart forward Sasa Kalajdzic and Monaco forward Wissam Ben Yedder.
