Manchester United have released a statement after Cristiano Ronaldo stormed off down the tunnel during Wednesday’s 2-0 victory over Tottenham at Old Trafford.

The Red Devils have now released a statement following Ronaldo’s attitude during the game against Tottenham.

The statement reads: “Cristiano Ronaldo will not be part of the Manchester United squad for this Saturday’s Premier League game against Chelsea.

“The rest of the squad is fully focused on preparing for that fixture.”
