Manchester United ‘will not look to sign a Cristiano Ronaldo replacement’ if the unsettled Portuguese star secures a move away in January, according to Daily Mail.

Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag is expected to have a meeting with Ronaldo on Monday to know whether the 37 year old forward can tolerate a bit-part role for the remainder of the season.

Should Ronaldo decide to leave the club in January, Manchester United will reportedly not look to sign a replacement for the forward in January.

That’s despite Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial realistically being the only other realistic centre forward options for the remainder of the season.
