Lille striker Jonathan David has revealed he would welcome a move to the Premier League amid interest from Manchester United.

After scoring 19 goals last season, the 22 year old has continued his fine form this season with 9 goals in 12 games.

“The next step is always growing, having more ambition maybe a bigger club I think,” he told Sky Sports.

“Everyone wants to play for a massive club in their life. So if I had the chance to do it I would go for it, for sure.”

When asked if he suit playing in both the Premier League and La Liga, he added: “I think they are two different leagues. But I think I can adapt to both for sure.

“And I think that the experience I have had here in France, it will help me a lot if I need to adapt to some place else, a lot faster. So yeah, I think both leagues suit me.”
