Manchester United have so far this season averaged a starting XI which cost around £413million.
Premier League rivals Manchester City have the most expensive starting XI in Europe, costing around £560m while French club Paris Saint-Germain have the second most expensive starting XI costing around £439million.
Liverpool (£352million), Chelsea (£338million) and Arsenal (£329million) complete a Premier League dominated top six.
