According to media outlet Independent, Manchester United are preparing for life without star forward Cristiano Ronaldo by prioritising a striker as our next major signing.
Ronaldo will leave Manchester at the end of the season when his contract expires and the Red Devils have reportedly prepared a shortlist of potential replacements for the Portugal international.
RB Salzburg’s striker Benjamin Sesko is high on Manchester United’s list of targets to replace Ronaldo at the club.
Sesko is seen as a player with huge potential and is following in the same path as Erling Haaland, who was at the Austrian club before moving to Borussia Dortmund and Manchester City.
Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic is also on the list and Manchester United are confident the striker can be signed next summer if Juventus don’t secure Champions League football.
