Manchester United are interested in signing Napoli striker Victor Osimhen next summer, according to Manchester Evening News.

The 23 year old Nigerian international is the top scorer in Serie A, with nine goals in 13 games and has been identified as one of the club’s goalscoring targets for next year. 

However, the Red Devils could face strong competition from Real Madrid for Osimhen’s signature. Real Madrid are reportedly keen to attract Osimhen to the Bernabeu, along with AC Milan attacker Rafael Leao.

Meanwhile, Manchester United transfer target Dusan Vlahovic is similar to Manchester City forward Erling Haaland, according to transfer insider Dean Jones.

Jones told GIVEMESPORT: “Vlahovic is a bit like Haaland.

“He is just unbelievable with what he can do – his positioning, his runs and his style of play. His confidence, at times, is ridiculous.”
