Manchester United have joined the race to sign Borussia Monchengladbach forward and France international Marcus Thuram, according to Rudy Galetti.
Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag is keen on signing a forward in January following the exit of Cristiano Ronaldo.
Thuram’s contract with Gladbach ends in June 2023, and the German side are allegedly keen on making some profit in January rather than let him leave for free in the summer.
Thuram came off the bench for France in their 4-1 World Cup victory over Australia on Tuesday.
Thuram is the second highest goalscorer in the Bundesliga this season with 10 goals with Christopher Nkunku of RB Leipzig.
