According to Spanish publication Fichajes via Goal, Manchester United are targeting Moussa Diaby from Bayer Leverkusen ahead of next summer.
The French winger has an electrifying pace and is a menace in front of goal and the Red Devils believe he will be an ideal addition to the club.
But the last time a suitor asked for Diaby, Leverkusen was considering nothing less than £60m. It’ll be crucial to see what price tag Diaby comes with considering he’s tied to the German club until 2025.
Meanwhile, according to journalist Pete O’Rourke, Chelsea and Manchester United will battle for the transfer of 22 year old Lille striker Jonathan David.
David featured in Canada’s 1-0 World Cup defeat to Belgium and should start again in Canada’s second World Cup game against Croatia.
