Manchester United legend Roy Keane joked about Erik ten Hag’s dancing style during Manchester United’s celebrations after defeating Newcastle United in the Carabao Cup final at Wembley on Sunday.

Manchester United secured a 2-0 victory over Newcastle United thanks to a Casemiro header and an own goal from Sven Botman, both of which came in the first half.

As Manchester United celebrated winning the Carabao Cup on the pitch, one moment in particular caught the eye of supporters, with United manager Ten Hag dancing with Lisandro Martinez and Antony – in the same way that he did during their time together at Ajax.

When Ten Hag joined the Sky Sports punditry team to discuss Manchester United’s victory over Newcastle United, Ten Hag was asked if he would be doing any more dancing.

Before the Dutchman could answer the question, Keane joked: “You should resign after that! You should resign tonight.”

Ten Hag couldn’t help but laugh at Keane’s comments, with the Irishman clearly in good spirits after seeing Manchester United lift the trophy.
