Manchester United legend Paul Scholes has slammed Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea after the Spaniard gave the ball away several times against Real Betis on Thursday.

Scholes told BT Sport: “David isn’t the best footballer let me put it that way. Very strange pass.”

Manchester United produced a professional display to defeat the LaLiga outfit 4-1 at Old Trafford on Thursday night, a much needed result following the devastating 7-0 defeat by Liverpool on Sunday.
