Chelsea owner Todd Boehly has reportedly devised a plan to beat Manchester United to the signing of Napoli forward Victor Osimhen.

Osimhen is wanted by both Chelsea and Manchester United ahead of the summer transfer window following his impressive form for Napoli which has seen him score 21 league goals.

According to Calciomercato via The Express, Chelsea owner Boehly hopes to beat Manchester United to the signing of Osimhen in the summer by including Christian Pulisic in a player-plus-cash deal for the Nigerian forward.

It remains to be seen where Osimhen will be playing his club football at the end of the summer, with Napoli seemingly facing a tough battle to retain his services for another year amid the growing interest in the player from elsewhere in Europe.
