Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing Chelsea star Mateo Kovacic in the summer.

The report on The Sun states: “Manchester United are reportedly eyeing a shock move for Chelsea midfielder Mateo Kovacic.

“The 28-year-old is out of contract at Stamford Bridge at the end of next season.

“Chelsea are eager for the Croatian to stay but contract talks are still in the initial stages.

“And 90min claim the Red Devils are exploring the possibility of a surprise swoop.

“Both Liverpool and Manchester City are also claimed to be keen on Kovacic, who joined Chelsea in 2019 from Real Madrid.”
