‘He has a lot more confidence since joining Manchester United’ – Ralf Rangnick hails Manchester United star

Former Manchester United boss Ralf Rangnick, who is now boss of the Austrian national team, has revealed  Marcel Sabitzer has rediscovered his confidence at Manchester United.

Sabitzer joined Manchester United on loan from Bayern Munich until the end of the season during the January transfer window.

Rangnick suggested that the midfielder was playing with more confidence than he did while he was at Bayern Munich.

Sabitzer struck twice in Austria’s win against Azerbaijan.

Rangnick said: “He has a lot more confidence than when he was at Bayern.

“Nobody dropped out in this game, but of course you can say that Sabi was the difference player after scoring two goals and preparing one.”
