According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Manchester United are confident of reaching an agreement with Diogo Dalot on a new contract with the club.

The Portugal international has just one year left on his Manchester United contract and the Red Devils are advancing in talks to extend his contract.

Romano tweeted: “Manchester United are advancing in talks to extend Diogo Dalot’s contract. Club plan remains to keep Dalot and get new long term deal done. There’s confidence to reach agreement soon.”
