Club manager advises €100million player to reject move to Manchester United

A Manchester United transfer target has been advised by his club manager to reject a move to Manchester United this summer.
Atalanta head coach Gian Piero Gasperini has advised Rasmus Hojlund to reject a move to Manchester United this summer.
The 20-year-old scored 10 goals for Atalanta last season but despite his lack of experience, the Serie A club are demanding a €70m (£60.2m) transfer fee.
Gasperini, meanwhile, believes United would be signing a player with huge potential and wants Manchester United to pay €100million for the 20 year old striker.
Asked if he believes Hojlund should spend another season with Atalanta, Gasperini said: “I think so, then after that it’s difficult here too.
“He undoubtedly has great talent, but also great room for improvement. These things are visible in both senses, he must work to improve because he has the characteristics to become one of the strongest strikers in the world.”
Asked if Hojlund will leave this summer, Gasperini said: “I don’t know if he’s leaving, the market is unpredictable.
“I hope for the club they €80, 90, 100 million. The market value changes.
“But among the young emerging players in his role, if not the best, he is among the best in Europe.”
