Manchester United respond to Everton’s offer for Manchester United star
Manchester United have rejected Everton’s offer to sign Manchester United defender Harry Maguire on loan, according to a report on Metro.
The defender is surplus to requirements at Old Trafford, despite Erik ten Hag’s public declarations.
United accepted a £30m offer from West Ham earlier in the month, only for Maguire to reject a move to the London Stadium.
Maguire hasn’t played a single minute of United’s Premier League campaign so far, and he was stripped of the club captaincy in July.
Manchester United have reportedly made it clear that the Red Devils will only accept permanent transfer offers for Maguire.
